Vintage Cougar Tiger Pewter Figurine 2 3/4" Long, Attacking Position, Long Tail

Very detailed, beautiful work, heavy (not hollow). 2 3/4" long, 3/4" high. This a cougar or tiger in attacking position, showing its teeth and tongue. Long curved tail. No markings. It looks like pewter but could also be lead.
