Original, beautiful patina, no broken parts. Arm is 9" long. The center ornament is adjustable with a screw (up and down). Was used to hold a gas or oil lamp during the Victorian era. Very solid construction. To be reused as a cool floor lamp neck or wall light sconce, for restoration or steampunk projects.
