Original, all parts swivel easily, no broken parts. Beautiful natural patina. Arm measures 10 3/4". Was used to hold a gas or oil lamp during the Victorian era. It appears to be from England based on the flowers' design. Very solid construction. To be reused as cool wall light sconces or for steampunk projects.
