Head rotates and can be pulled from its base. Spine base is a vintage Cadillac garage gage signed Pla-Check, Detroit, Michigan. Gage is entirely functional. The on/off switch is an industrial rubber push button. Forehead is an antique brass Baush & Lomb lens, content glows in the dark. New Edison style light bulb included.
