Original acrylic on flakeboard painting by Quebec artist Jérôme Rochette, 48 X 24 inches. From a 2014 series of seabird paintings entitled "Les Nuisibles - The Harmful". Seagulls are quite common in cities and islands surrounded by water like Quebec and Montreal. They are renowned for discharging feces from above unexpectedly. The disturbed man portrayed on this painting seems to be a victim.
