All original, fully functional, complete. All parts move freely and were oiled. Measures 10 X 9 X 7 inches and weighs 15 pounds. Solid cast iron piece. Was used to hold ice skate blades while sharpening or repairing them. Rings tilt front and back, bolts hold blades well. Found in rural Quebec, Canada.
