The top lever forms the cleat, the bottom one opens the tool for material removal and has a locking rest. Base has 4 pre drilled holes to fasten it easily to a work area. Tool measures 23 3/4 wide, 8 1/2 deep and 13 inches tall. It weighs 45 pounds. Tag is signed Smith's Metal Bending Tool 180 degrees Plus, Waukegan, Illinois, Serial 21522. Acquired from a closing metalwork company in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Previous owner protected the tool with industrial green paint. Easy to remove as needed.
